REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. All items are handmade and due to that I do not accept refunds, order changes, exchanges, or returns. We recommend sizing up. If there is a mistake on my part please reach out to me within 24 hours of receiving your package Theskippedstitch@gmail.com. Please inspect your items and package as soon as you receive it. If you have any issues with your order or are missing any items please reach out to me via email so I can fix the problem.
- If an item is DAMAGED with any fabric defects or issues caused by myself during sewing, you have 48 hours to contact me though email Theskippedstitch@gmail.com. I will send you a shipping label and you have up to 2 business days to ship item/s. Items must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. I will offer a replacement or swap for that item. Stitching issues have 7 days after you have received the package to contact me. I will issue a return label and fix the item at no cost to you. Items must be shipped in 2 business days from receiving the label. Pictures of damage/stitches must be included in your email.
If I am not notified within these time frames of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a replacement/repair. Pictures must be included in your email.
- I am not responsible for for damages to clothing caused by incorrect sizing, improper care, or handling.
- Exact colors of items may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. These do not qualify as defects.
Safety: All items must be worn under supervision. Inspect items for any loose items before each use.
DELIVERY/USPS Shipping Times:
-Once a package is scanned into USPS and has left my hands, I am no longer responsible. You will need to contact USPS. All labels are created with the address you include on your order. I am not responsible for wrong shipping addresses. If a package is returned to me due to a wrong address, you will be responsible for the shipping to have package reshipped. There are no refunds on original shipping to wrong address. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, marked delivered, or USPS damaged items.

TAT:
Current TAT is 4-5 weeks on all preorders and customs, unless stated otherwise. All RTS ships in 1-2 business days.
WASH/CARE Instructions:
-I recommend hand-washing items and hanging to dry in order to prevent damage and prolong the life of items. Please always monitor your children while wearing The Skipped Stitch items and remove before your child sleeps.
